Draft as of 2026-11-03 Computable Name: ReferralWorkflowStatus

Business status of a referral, from the IHE 360X state transitions (PCC TF-1 X.4.1). Carried in Task.businessStatus; the matching Task.status and HL7 v2 ORC-1 / ORC-5 values are on the Overview Model page. information-requested, deferred and redirected are not in 360X. information-requested covers the eRS "return to referrer" step. deferred and redirected are provisional: they follow the HL7 v2 order control codes for a held order (ORC-1 OH) and a replaced order (ORC-1 RU) and the FHIR Task on-hold state; the NHS processes behind them are To confirm against eRS and provider practice.
